Gigabit Powerline technology according to the HomePlug AV standard with 2 x 2 MIMO enables high-speed Powerline connections and, using MIMO and Diversity procedures, achieves throughputs as high as 1,200 Mbit/s through the existing electrical installation.

FRITZ!The Powerline 1240 AX can also be integrated into a home network via FRITZ software!OS. FRITZ Settings!Boxes are automatically imported and continuously synchronized. This includes all Wi-Fi settings, such as, for example, Wi-Fi wireless network name, wireless channel, Wi-Fi password and guest Wi-Fi access. Combined with Wi-Fi 6, an extremely efficient Wi-Fi mesh network is created, guaranteeing speed and reliability when surfing, watching movies or gaming.
